GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® Level 1 teacher trainings are available throughout the year.

Typically, it takes one year to complete the training hours(four sequential courses), for each modality and become fully qualified trainer to teach GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® Level 1 material. Both GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® trainer will become eligible to take specialized equipment courses as their continue education.
