Private Sessions
Private in-person session is available in both Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis(no machine). When you book private online sessions, Gyrokinesis will be taught via Zoom.

On-going Gyrokinesis Group Class is available via Zoom. You will need to prepare a small stool to sit on, Zoom application and a yoga mat.
